HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply choose your style from the drop-down menu on the product page then click the “Add to cart!” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been produced or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you cannot see your confirmation email, first check your spam folder in case it has been sent there instead of your Inbox folder.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS?

If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

Tracking numbers can take 1-3 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier or email us at benefit@clean-hande.com.
